Migraines and Madness

I had quite the week planned for my Birthday week! I know 24 is not old by any means but its definitely weird to realize I am growing up! Anyways I will upload my day trip with my parents and little brother but as of right now I feel like blogging about is my head! I get migraines at least once a month but I am usually with Chanc and he can catch them as they begin to surface but this time I couldn't be so lucky! I went to bed last night with a head ache and water bottle in hand! Every twenty minutes I would wake up and go throw up or dry heave and my head was just pounding out of control it was excruciating pain and it was constantly getting worse! It was a full blown migraine and I was stuck in a hotel with three sleeping people and no husband! I finally called Chanc at the butt crack of dawn and convinced him and my dad to meet in Mesquite so I could get home! I had a bucket beside me but for some reason the car ride put me right to sleep! I have been in horrific pain all day but I am slowly starting to recover! My head still pounds when I sit up or lean over so I am laying in bed watching Sex and the City over and over! Chanc has been amazing! He spent the morning checking on me constantly and bringing me anything and everything! He finally convinced me to eat this afternoon then left to his office for a couple of hours! I am so thankful to have such an amazing husband and family and I could not ask for more! I forgot to mention that one other time my family convinced me to go to the ER when I was having a migraine and I had an allergic reaction from hell so the thought of going there again was NOT an option! I am slowly on the way up and the good news is I have one more day off to recover, then I work a double on Friday, then I have the weekend off to spend with my hubby and hopefully some amazing friends!
