Pumpkin Carving!

Since I was little my dad has always made a tradition of Carving Pumpkins with me! It is so much fun! He is like the best carver you will ever meet he should do some competition I swear!

I always go for something more cheesy like this year I did a vampire! Imagine that!

Anyways I just wanted to say thanks to my dad for always keeping this tradition and I love knowing that every year I will get to do that with him!

Halloween 2010

I told all of you that I would get a full body shot of Napoleon and here it is!

Just like I promised! We went to Vegas for Halloween with Aaron and Sharon and boy was it a grand time!

We walked around the strip for a while and Chanc was a hit people were screaming "Vote for Pedro" and "Look its Napoleon Dynamite" People also asked for pictures with him and had to make sure he had his chapstick like in the movie! As Chanc and I were sitting around yesterday we decided to watch the movie and it scares me how much Chanc reminds me of Napoleon! Anyways back to my story we ended up going to JET which is a huge nightclub inside the Mirage and boy did we have fun!

We danced until I felt like my feet were bleeding!!!!

I then later tried to crawl back to our hotel room which was apparently against the rules so Chanc carried me :)

Chanc has NEVER gone clubbing before but the next day and still to this day Chanc talks about how much fun he had! He also talks a lot about what he wants to be for Halloween next year which if you have read my past blogs he HATED halloween and dressing up so who knew all it would take was some snow boots and nerdy glasses to change his mind!

PS I got some good shopping in! It was awesome! We also got to eat some yummy yummy food! O how I love you Cheesecake Factory and California Pizza Kitchen! Thank you for keeping my belly full and happy!

Year after year Chanc and I have been at odds about Halloween! He hates dressing up and he hates the Holiday! I on the other hand have always loved dressing up and going out to all the fun parties! So somehow I convinced him to dress up this year and he chose Napoleon Dynamite! It started with just the wig and glasses and then he ordered the t-shirt and Moon boots all on his own! So proud! Anyways as the day arrived to go to Syd and Dj's Halloween party Chanc wasn't so sure about actually committing and dressing up! Well by the time he got his shirt tucked in tight and his boots on he was Stoked! It was so much fun! He even admitted to me the next day that he actually might like dressing up for Halloween HECK YA!!!!! It was like music to my ears! Anyways here is a picture of the two of us! I am strawberry shortcake and my sexy little hubby did a great Napoleon face wouldn't you agree?! The only sad part is as I was looking through all of our pictures his boots aren't in any of them! But have no fear I will get a better shot of him on Halloween!

Thriller!

Chanc and I decided last minute on Friday to buy tickets and go to Tuacahn and see Thriller! It was fun but really cold! Of course Chanc came back from intermission with a Pretzel with Cheese and a Hot Cocoa! Awe I am lucky! He knows just how to make me happy haha! Anyways it was kind of disappointing to me this year! They did a weird twilight dance that made no sense, a Micheal Jackson dance with the most bizarre ending and to be honest the girls weren't that great this year! O well I am so glad we went because over all it was a great time! Chanc even laughed and said a couple times how much he liked some of the dances so I would say overall its a success!


This was the only shot we got from the night! We were running late of course and I was so bundled up I couldn't really get to the camera!

Ray's Day! Happy 50!!!

For my dad's 50th BIRTHDAY I threw him a surprise party!!!

He had no idea! I told him that we were just having the whole family meet up at wingers for dinner! He drove to wingers and was so confused when there was no ones car there except mine! Chanc walked over to him and told him to put on the blind fold and get in the car! Chanc took a back way to our house and zigged and zagged to confuse him! Tons of my family and his friends were waiting impatiently outside my house for him to arrive!

It was a blast and he was totally shocked! He loves Mickey Mouse and so the fun began!

two red velvet Mickey Mouse cakes with black awesome frosting and some other yummy treats! My family chipped in on fruit and veggie trays!

It was a hit! We also played a game where I put on display regular household items and the guests had to guess how much it cost in 1950! My Aunt Karen was the master! She got so many of them right!

The presents were so funny! He got all sorts of fun pranky presents and overall we just had a great time with friends and family!

The Grimm Reeper even made an appearance! This is Susan his boss and really good friend! She was a hit at the party and I was so so so glad that she stopped by!

My Best Friend

Three years ago I married my best friend! There is not a day that goes by that I don't realize how lucky I am! Chanc can make me laugh no matter how upset I am!


I love how he has been one of my best friends forever and now I get to call him my husband for a very long time! I can't wait to see what our future holds!!!

Girl's Night Mug's surprise PARTY!

As you all know I get together once a month with some girls that I cheered with in High School and we have all just kept in touch over the years!



I have become so close to these girls! I love being able to be myself and speak my mind and have 10 other girls be right there with me! A couple of my girlies also come to gold's with me and we rock it out at Zumba!



Anyways I just wanted all of my girls to know how much I love them and appreciate everything they do for me and how they love me for who I am and all my crazyness :)




Well girls night was at my house this month and while our dear friend mugs was in town visiting family we thought why not throw her a surprise birthday party! She lives far far away now and we all miss her so much!! She is also a Mary Kay consultant and the best one I've met! I felt like she just really loved what she did and wasn't some crazy pushy saleswoman! Fewww what a relief right?




Kristi made the amazing cupcakes and the fun little colorful balls! She is the most creative girl ever! She always has the cutest ideas for decorations for parties! I fell in love with these balloons and had to have them! And we just ate ourselves silly and talked the night away! Thanks again Mugs for taking time out of your visit to see us and thanks to all the girls that made it to girls night this month! It means a lot to me!
